Moments of togetherness

The Sweetness of a distant smile,
cherished moments of togetherness that lasted only a while
The warmth of impeccable love,
like sun rays sneaking through clouds in the winter sky above
The comforting memories of times together spent,
that seemed like a lifetime lived in a moment
Voice like a rhyming Cuckoo's song,
that brings divine serenity along
And the very thought that always occupies the mind,
often reverses time and causes life to rewind
The euphoric excitement never comes to an end
and the long waiting times but just extend
These times of aloofness now seem quite taxing and hard to bear
without further procrastination, I long to see you near
To live the ages through elation,
and transcend limits of love, felicity and contentment to reach salvation
The new day will herald the return of good times once again,
and the cherished moments are here to be relived and forever remain.

Incomplete Poem

An incomplete poem and a purposeless life, with events of torment and torture rife

Wandering about nowhere for eternity, seems emptiness has prevailed with all its entirety

With new hopes and belief quite strong, embarked for a journey which now seems quite long

Cognizance lost and emotions rejected, the pain of being painless now makes me feel dejected

Still striving hard to find a way through, the burden of past times always pulls back and makes me feel blue

The turbulence of void feelings and the noise of silent thoughts abundant, that makes felt the absence of being and keeps numbness constant

Exploring avenues to find what this journey beholds, to experience what this voidness and emptiness unfolds       

Desires never to be fulfilled and completeness never to be attained, for the perpetuality of an incomplete poem needs to be retained....
